The Power of Honest Conversations
“How are you?”, “Good thanks, how are you?”, “Can’t complain!”
Sounds familiar, right? We spend our lives avoiding opening up to share just exactly how we’re feeling. No-one is an island: we all experience highs and lows, and we need to be more comfortable about talking about ourselves. And so, for this week’s powerful episode, we’re joined by our soul brother Jindy Mann (The Selfish Leader) for an honest conversation about the power of, erm, honest conversations.
This is a not-to-be-missed episode.
For more on Jindy’s work, check out his coaching website - www.selfishleader.com - and head to www.leaderbrotherson.com for more info on the work he’s doing to provide men a space to think and reconnect with a more positive role in society.

We each can show up in the world with more humanity, courage and realness. I work with leaders (that means you) and organisations to help them to grow: focus first on you so that you can lead consciously and be of service to others.
